Wow, thanks for the linky! Did your code work? Mine was hand-written on the Catalina and when I typed it in, it was invalid. I emailed the Movie Cash people, who said that I had been given a duplicate code. I was on hold with Catalina for AN HOUR before I talked to human who said they would investigate and get back to me.
Sorry for the late reply. End of fiscal year and threat of a government shutdown have kept me hopping. My catalina story is: HT sent 2 catalinas with no codes I called HT sent another 2 catalinas with hand written codes Very difficult time logging in to web site Finally got on to realize the movie theater for this offer is Regal. We do not have a Regal theater any where near us It was a let down. I called HT customer service to let them I know really appreciate them working with me to get this resolved; however, we really can't use it because of Regal theaters. I suggested that next time - more information be printed. Gave movie voucher to my brother so he could take his 2 kids.
Thanks for the info. Regal is good for us, but I don't have high hopes that Catalina will resolve it in time. There is a very short window from the movie came out (2 days ago) and when the offer ends (in about 2 weeks).
My HT customer service desk took care of all the interfacing between myself, catalina, and HT. Could/Would your local store manager do that for you? My person was Robin or Robyn from the Woodbridge, VA store. She got results
