Breakdown: CVS varies stock on hand to coincide with their weekly ad. Last week 12 count Charmin was on sale for $5.99. This week 16 count Charmin is on sale for 9.99 with ECB. Since my CVS has no idea when they will stock the 12 count they allowed me to use last week's rain check and get the 16 count for 5.99. Raincheck was for 6 Charmins.
