Progresso / Safeway

I got the new Safeway ad in the mail.  This caught my eye.  I have four $1/1 Progresso coupons.  I can't seem think of a deal with HTSD with the $2/8 ZVR plus the $2/8 Savings Star so Safeway might be my Plan B with this coupon.
